Did you know that kids today spend up to 25 percent less time enjoying nature than kids did just 20 years ago.”
This nature deprivation is defined as a lack of time in the natural world, largely due to school curriculums focusing on knowledge based learning; forcing our children to spend hours completing worksheets and computer work in small confined spaces.
consequently studies show that this lack nature deficit is correlated with the increase of children to have depression. Studies also show that without regular immersion in nature, we can suffer physical and emotional distress.
Now let’s go and explore mother nature! What new play can we invent today?
