Hands-On Learning: Chicken Care and Farming Techniques with Grade 4/5

Today, our grade 4/5 students invited parents to join us for an Environmental Studies session focused on chicken care and farming techniques. This was a fantastic opportunity for students to practice their Approaches to Learning Skills—especially collaboration, communication, and critical thinking.

Parents and students worked side by side, engaged in tasks, and enjoyed lively conversations that enriched their learning. It was inspiring to see everyone asking thoughtful questions and connecting through real-life experiences.
