Nature as Our Therapy

🧘🏻‍♂️Drink water. Meditate. Journal. Stretch. Workout. Eat protein. Don’t forget vegetables. Cut sugar. Hydrate.

These some ways we tend to find pursuit of a healthy life within ourselves.

🛶 At school one of our objective for nature education is to connect the students with nature. We believe that nature is a powerful tool to relax and find mental wellness within ourselves. Today the students took a long paddle along the river before class started.
