Lifesaving Unit in Full Swing!

Our students are making waves in their Lifesaving Unit, where they are learning essential skills to stay safe and help others in the water! With their rescue boards in hand, they are mastering how to paddle through various wave conditions and perform safe water rescues. During the unit, they are focusing on:

Building endurance to handle powerful waves

Learning how to use rescue boards effectively for water rescues

Understanding ocean currents, tides, and how to navigate through them

Strengthening teamwork and communication in rescue scenarios

The determination and progress they’ve shown against challenging ocean conditions are impressive! We’re proud to see their resilience growing as they develop these vital life skills.
