First PE Class on the Beach This Term!

Our middle school students kicked off an exciting Lifesaving Unit right on the sand! This unit develops critical thinking in emergencies, builds strength, and nurtures teamwork and confidence.

Here’s what we did today:

• Cone Tag – A fast-paced game of speed and strategy!

• Beach Cleanup – Giving back to our community while working as a team.

• Shuttle Running – From face-down starts to full sprints—cardio and leg strength in action!

• ATL Skill Focus – Goal Setting: Students will track and work toward their own fitness goals.

• Core Values – Perseverance, collaboration, and confidence.

We can’t wait to see our students grow stronger and more resilient through this hands-on, heart-pumping unit!
