New PE Unit: Life-Saving Skills in Nature—Caring for People and the Planet!
We’re excited to announce our new PE unit where students will learn life-saving skills in the great outdoors! This unit is about more than just safety—it’s about showing care and responsibility for both people and the environment.
In line with the IB Learner Profile, our students will practice being caring by developing empathy not only for those they may help in an emergency but also for the natural world they’re learning in. Through activities like water rescues and outdoor first aid, they’ll also grow their understanding of the importance of protecting nature and using its resources responsibly.
Let’s empower students to become compassionate, responsible leaders who look after both their communities and the planet!
