At our school, Mondays are all about professional development, and this month, the focus has been on teacher evaluations. Just like our students, we get “report cards” too!

The purpose? To gain valuable feedback from the classes we teach, amplify student voice, and reflect on how we can grow and improve our practices. It’s not just about teaching; it’s about learning how to teach better.

Today, our discussions centered around the epistemology of learning and teaching—diving deep into how we acquire knowledge and the philosophies behind education. It’s inspiring to be in an environment where continuous growth is a shared goal.
