At Shonan International School, students are constantly nurturing traits that adhere to a global-minded person. Therefore from an early age, we provide opportunities for students to cultivate their Cultural Intelligence (CQ). This is the ability to work cross-culturally and be able to express their personal strengths in diverse cultures. The goal is not to be a chameleon everywhere you go but to figure out how to best communicate who I am in a different place.
