One of our year-long unit of inquiry is to explore the creatures and animals that live in our neighborhood. Today we had a little friend come visit us for a short time. This lizard is called the Japanese grass lizard and is commonly found On our way to the park! As we observed this beautiful creature, we discusssed the life cycle and it’s habitat We let him go because the class agreed that it would be a lot more happier in a more spacious and greener home.
