Teamwork in our Community

Currently the kindergarten students are learning about teamwork. After learning about how teamwork looks like in our classroom and at home, we are currently learning about how people in our community also work together to get their job done.

Today we had a visitor Mr. Tsuji from Tsuji Brewery!

He shared all about his job at his shop!

We learned about the ingredients he uses, and that he works with people from all over the world like America , Australia , and Canada to get the barley and hops.

He also shared that he also does teamwork with his family who help out at the brewery too!

One special thing we learned is that there is a lot of waste after making the beer, but Mr. Tsuji doesn’t throw it away! He works with a local farmer who uses the waste from the barley to make fertilizer and then grows vegetables!! So nothings is thrown away and everything is recycled in to something new!
