Journey in Hiroshima

During our morning walks, one particular monument struck a chord with the students. According to a peace volunteer, this nuclear memorial tower is where 70,000 souls rest from the aftermath of the Hiroshima bombing.

Students naturally show their respect to the victims by bowing and saying their prayers.
